A One, A Two, A Helluva Hullabaloo! The Hullabaloo cheer is a Tulane fan staple, as quirky and unique as the Green Wave itself. This Greenie illustration is adapted from an old Tulane football program, and we gave him new life with the words of his favorite cheer. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.
