The Wolverines don’t often use the Block "M" to spell out “Michigan” nowadays, but they did use this alternate wordmark officially from 1961 to 1994. The Block "M" has been Michigan’s main logo since the start, and you’ll find it everywhere on campus, including the famous "M" in the center of the Diag. Legend has it that if you step on it, you’ll fail your exams. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.

5 stars out of the box, 3 after first wash

This sweatshirt is mostly great. I loved it during my first few wears. But after my first wash and low tumble dry (per the tag instructions) I'm seeing quite a bit of pilling and the decal on the front has faded considerably, which gives it a more vintage look, I suppose. But I prefer the brightness of how it appeared when it arrived. I haven't seen this level of pilling with other Homefield sweatshirts in my washer/dryer setup but was assured this was within the range of normal and I couldn't exchange it.
