Excellent sweatshirt

The sweatshirt is excellent. My wife loves her birthday present - but the birthday present was shipped two weeks after it was supposed to be, so that was not great. When I emailed, I kept getting messages from customer service saying it would be sent out in longer and longer time windows.

So soft; neck size big

Great sweatshirt! Everything is perfect - except the neck size sadly (which customer support did say can vary just a little bit) which is slightly too wide. Offered a free return but already in love with it so I kept it. Thanks Homefield!
