This statement Navy Midshipmen design features a throwback charging goat the Academy first debuted in 1996. Their use of a goat mascot is nearly a century older than this logo, when Navy was gifted its first live goat mascot (who would eventually start the live Bill the Goat tradition), and harkens back to the days livestock were brought aboard naval ships -- first as a fresh food option and as refuse-eaters who kept the ship clean, but eventually, as companion animals to some officers.

Our heavyweight tees have a wide chest and body, to offer a vintage fit. If you prefer an athletic fit, consider sizing down or buying this design on one of our classic, standard tees.
