The Ol’ Sarge character grew out of a monthly cartoon created by Pete Tumlinson for the Battalion Humor Magazine when he was a student at A&M. Named Magarkin, Ol’ Sarge was a strong-jawed sergeant depicted in comedic situations that were meant to reflect the experiences of the Corps of Cadets. He entertained students in the magazine comic strip throughout the 40s, 50s, and early 60s when A&M was still an all-male military school. Brought to you in partnership with College Vault.
Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes. Our unisex tees run true to size. If you're looking for a roomier fit, we suggest sizing up!
