In 1968, Oregon’s athletic director asked Don Essig – an Oregon alum and the voice of Autzen Stadium – to announce to the incoming crowd that umbrellas were prohibited in Autzen. For 11 years, though, fans wouldn’t even need umbrellas, because every Oregon game day in the otherwise rainy Pacific Northwest had a clear forecast. Eventually, Essig would offer fans a pregame “Weather Report,” always concluding that, regardless of the actual weather, “it never rains in Autzen Stadium!” Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes.
