In 1963, Tulane's athletics director and bookstore manager jointly decided it was time to make a change in mascots, away from their original surfing Pelican. When they made the change, they hired none other than Angelus Pacific's Arthur Evans, considered the G.O.A.T. in mascot design-circles. He did not disappoint, coming up with Tulane's "Green Wave", printed here holding a pennant, on an incredibly comfortable light blue heather tee.

Great, soft 50-50 tee. Sizing runs large, with a regular fit; size down if you're lean. Also beware of the 'inspection' stickers on the inner tag; best to remove those before the first launder. Your washer and any other clothes in that wash will thank you.

Did not buy this exact shirt. Bought a “random” pack that was the exact same ad a friends “random” order. Homefield just trying to get rid of their junk and make a novelty out of it.
