We drew inspiration for this design from the 1998-99 UConn men’s basketball team, who won their first national title that year (UConn’s second basketball championship after the women’s team won in 1995). As Khalid El-Amin famously put it, UConn men’s basketball “shocked the world” when they beat Duke, entering the game a 9.5-point underdog but winning by three. The Huskies won in a final-second nail biter, as Duke’s Trajon Langdon was unable to get a shot off at the buzzer to force overtime.

Products are mocked up on a size S. Graphics may appear smaller on larger sizes. (Model in our side-by-side graphic is 6'3" and wears a size M.)
