The Carolina Tar Heels celebrated their 1982 national championship with flair, including with this royal Rameses and catchy slogan, both featured on championship memorabilia of the day. Under Tar Heel legend Dean Smith, Carolina was virtually unstoppable, save for two regular season matchups against Wake Forest and Virginia. James Worthy and Sam Perkins helped lead the 1982 team to success, alongside up-and-coming true freshman Michael Jordan.
